So the people booking your freight have sat in the seat. We have loaded the trailer, strapped the steel, waited at the gate, and taken the call when a load ran late. A broker who has never done any of it is guessing at your rate.
Heath Treasure built a refrigerated carrier past 200 trucks and sold it to a European transport group in 2022. He built this side the same way. Answer the phone. Say the real number. Do what you said you would do.
